Load Rite’s 6-lug, 12-inch vented rotor disc brake kit is manufactured by AutoFlex KNOTT and fits UFP 6,000 lbs. capacity 6-bolt axles. Does not fit Tie Down.

Kit Includes:

• Vented cupped and studded, zinc rotor, and hub assembly
• Loaded caliper assembly with pads
• Full inner and outer bearings, races, and corresponding seal
• Dust cap, lug nuts, and mounting hardware
